TRAVEL DOCUMENTS  ***IMPORTANT****
A passport is required to travel to Mexico and return to the United States.  The legal name
on your passport must match the name on your airline ticket. Your passport must be valid
for at least three months after your date of return to the United States.  Also, before you go,
fill in the emergency information page of your passport!  Leave copies of your itinerary and
passport data page with family or friends at home so that you can be contacted in case of
an emergency.  Also, make copies of all of your documentation and carry it with you in a
separate place in your luggage in the event of theft or loss.

TRIP INCLUSIONS / PERSONAL EXPENSES
The hotel will maintain a separate account for personal expenses that are not included in
the program. This account must be cleared before your departure. You will be asked to
present a credit card to cover your incidental charges upon check-in .

TIPPING
All gratuities at the hotel and in connection with the planned activities are included.
Gratuities for
personal services should be provided at the time the service is rendered - 15%
is customary.

BAGGAGE
Checked luggage allowance varies by airline.  Most carriers allow at least one checked bag
and one carry-on per person. Golf clubs are considered a checked bag.  Be sure to check
with your carrier or V2 Incentives before you travel.

ELECTRICITY
Mexico runs on the 120V, 60Hz system, so U.S. travelers will not need electrical
converters. Additionally, in hotels with 110-volt outlets for low-wattage
appliances like shavers, be careful not to use them with higher-wattage
appliances like blow-dryers, or you'll be shopping for a new one.

CUSTOMS
U.S. Citizens returning from Mexico are allowed to bring back $800
worth of items without paying duty for personal use only.   Articles valued in
excess of $800 will be assessed the applicable duty rate on the next $1000 in
value.  Liquor is limited to one liter (you must be 21 years of age) and tobacco
is limited to 200 cigarettes and 100 cigars (no Cuban brands).  Be sure to save
all your receipts for customs declaration when you arrive back in the U.S.
